- I first saw an economic opportunity arise, from the almost instant, tremendous increase in the amount of people who Juul. When I started my education at The University of Florida I quickly saw everyone around Gainesville using a Juul, but not until I started Juling did I see the economic opportunity that arose from this. When I started using the Juul, I quickly realized how much of a hassle it was to get Juul pods, and the limited selection of flavors that were available. The instant huge increase in number of people who use a Juul, has created more consumer demand for Juul pods then supplied. I believe that by starting a Gainesville Juul Pod vending machine placed in the the most popular locations, students will be able to buy these pods without the hassle. believe by having a Juul pod dispensary that is in specific locations, that has a wide selection of Juul Pods, this economic need can get fulfilled. By having a vending machine dispensary that has Pods, we can hit the most crowded locations of campus during peak hours and sell the most Juul pods. I believe that the consumer demand for Juul pods is high enough that this Juul pod van becomes profitable. My economic need can be met by creating an efficient Juul pod distribution method that leads to the greatest profits possible.I believe that my prototypical customer would be a 19 year old college student, no bias in gender because my interviews have proved that, men and women both experience this need. I believe that this college student comes from the suburbs, who finally has some freedom in their life and wants too try new things. Also, I believe that this customer would be the type of college student to be twitter and internet savvy, the type that stays with current trends. This customer, either has no transportation or a scooter or bike, but most likely not a car. The customers hobbies probably include going out, going to the gym and hanging out with friends, being that their full time college students. If they have a scooter, I'd say it most likely be an old vespa replica, probably with a couple trendy stickers on the back. They probably watch shows like Thats 70 shows, narcos, how I met your mother, grey's anatomy and all other popular shows right now. This prototypical customer definitely does not have children, and most likely is in the middle classed lived in the suburbs. This customer is overwhelmed by college, and that is why they need these Juul pods so badly. The addiction they have from the Juul is only made worse by all the stress from college, and starting off your adult life on your own. I believe that I do have a lot in common with my prototypical customer, especially since I realized this economic opportunity when I came to college this freshmen year. I am offering a consistent, and always reliable way of getting Juul pods in convenient spots that would not create such a hassle for college students when trying to buy Juul pods. These vending machines could be strategically placed in midtown, busiest parts of campus and downtown. These vending machines would be in easily reachable locations and could guarantee consistency of pods and variety of pods. These Juul pod vending machines will solve the struggle that it is right now to buy Juul pods , especially being college students with no transportation , and buying the flavors that you want.I believe that my customers will care about my business idea, because it will save them this 45 minute hassle a couple times a week that they go through, when trying to buy the Juul pods that they want. These vending machines will all be placed within walking distance of main locations of the city, and will always have the flavors that they need. The customers will care because it is saving them major time, and giving them the chance to choose the flavor they want. What sets me apart from everyone else, is that by having vending machines with just jul pods, I could consistently buy bulk pods and flavors from Juul, which would guarantee flavor availability Also, they would need no transportation to try to find these Juul pods, which is a huge factor for most college kids with no transportation.

I think that your venture is a fantastic idea, and that your second venture concept is the best one yet. I think it is clear, the edits you made from the first one, and it has made the concept better. I think that if you stick to this plan that you have laid out then your venture will be very successful. However, sway from this and it is not certain what will happen. Also good idea in including phix pods.
