2. I am offering a consistent, and always reliable way of getting Juul pods, I first thought that a truck would be the idea but a vending machine that includes Juul pods in specific locations would work better. Also, by adding Phix pods it would up the amount of clientele, phix is Juul imposter.
3. Based on the interviews I conducted, my main clientele will be college students and older high school students that Juul. Besides, these clientele all nicotine users are targeted clientele.
4.The reason they need this pod dispensary vending machine is because of the hassle that it is to obtain Juul pods and especially the flavors.
5.What would set me apart from everyone else is that these vending machines would consistently always have pods available in the best locations.
I think adding on the vending machine of Juul pods is a really good idea and think it will be more effective and efficient than the truck going around. I believe this because with the truck will be a bigger investment. With the vending machines it will be a single investment that you can continue to fill up as the pods run out. Also, people will always know where the vending machines are instead of guessing where the truck is going to be at certain times. The machines will also be available the entire day while the truck will not.
ReplyDeleteI think that your idea is a very smart one as I see many kids at the University of Florida using Juuls as a substitute for nicotine intake. I feel as though the addition of a vending machine will only increase the sales of the Juul pods because the only reason people do not go and buy more is because of the fact that they are only sold in remote locations and have to travel to get them. If the pods were more easily purchased, then I believe people would purchase more of them.

ReplyDeleteGreat work again. I think the vending machine is a smart way to distribute Juul pods as it makes it less of a service and more of a product making it a more tangible product. Instead of the initial delivery idea. I like the way you've developed this idea and hope to see what you do with it.
