My human capital
- Being born in Argentina and having Most of my family living there, while growing up in south Florida has given me the opportunity to be perfectly bilingual. I can speak fluently in Spanish, and English which gives me the opportunity to be able to communicate with more people.
- Besides, moving from Argentina to Florida, I moved around frequently and had to changing schools frequently. This helped me out by making me more social, and helps me find that something which I have uncommon with a person, or customer. Business is all about communication, and frequently switching schools helped my social skills greatly.
- Ive always been able to think for myself, I'd say that my anti-mob thinking process has always had me questioning what everyones doing, and how I rather do it. This helps me be myself and have a different outlook, and perspective then most of society,
- I succeed the most when I am pushed to my limits, or tested my hardest, or when my is back against the wall. My tenacious attitude has me always seeing things from a different perspective, or trying different ways to solve a problem until I can solve it.
- Im the type of person to always want to go a little higher, a little deeper, to push everything to the limits. I believe this attitude will help me power through whatever challenges lay ahead.
- The first person I decided to interview was my twin sister, while back home on spring break. I decided to ask her what makes me different based on my skills, knowledge, abilities, and emotions. My twin sister, Manuela, said " I think the most unique thing about you that makes you different is you'r attitude, no matter how much trouble you'r in or how deep of a hole you've dug yourself in, you don't freak out but figure out a solution. I think that this attitude of always being able to do anything, with your social, and people skills is what makes your human capital unique."
- The second person I decided to interview was my pledge brother, Nick Davis, who is like a brother to me. I started off the interview the same way by asking him what he thinks makes me different based on my skills, knowledge, abilities, and emotions. Nick responded " I think what makes you different is that because of you being from Argentina, but moving to Florida, you have these ability to find something which you can connect with with anyone you meet. Besides, the bilingual part your social skills and ability to connect with everyone is what I believe really sets you apart."
- The third person I decided to interview was my cousin, Mateo, who I have grown up with my whole life. Again, I decided to ask him what he thinks makes me different based on my skills, knowledge, abilities, and emotions. Mateo said " To be honest, I think that most people that have the social and people skills that you have, aren't as intelligent as you. I think that the fact that you'r a scholar student, while being able to get along with everyone is what really sets you apart from everyone.
- The fourth person I decided to interview was my mom, I mean nobody else knows me as well as she does. After starting the interview , I asked her what she thnks makes me different based on my skills, knowledge, abilities, and emotions. My mom said " I think what is really unique about you is how you think, you look at everything from a different perspective then most people, and when challenged you look hard enough until you find a solution. You almost do better when pushed to your lowest point, you thrive when challenged and I think that is what sets you the most apart from everyone else.
- For my final interview, I decided to interview my best friend, Zach. I started asking him what he thinks makes me different based on my skills, knowledge, abilities, and emotions from other people. Zach said " I just think that all the unique qualities that you have, like being bilingual , you'r work ethic, natural intelligence, attitude and most importantly people skills all combine to make a very unique personality. You have the ability to connect with people like a salesmen, and the intelligence to be a tech nerd, I believe this is what Really makes you unique."
- After listing what I believed to be my qualities that make my human character unique, and then interviewing 5 of the people that know me best, about what they believe my best qualities are , I realized that my attitude and personality is what really makes my human character. My interviews showed that my tenacious attitude, and ability to always find a solution is one of my most important qualities. Also, the interviews proved to me that what really is unique about my human character is the ability to not only have great people skills, but be a good scholar. These interviews helped me point out my best qualities that really make what I have to bring to the table unique.
One of the aspects I liked most about your "secret sauce" is the knowledge and experience that you have having been born in Argentina. So not only are you accustomed to the experiences of the United States but also of a major South American country. Also, the fact that you are bilingual will definitely help you in your attempt to discern the needs of customers in your area.
